Choosing a Safe Haven
Everyone has a place that makes them feel safe and secure. Whether it’s the beach next to the waves or enjoying the sweet smell of chocolate chip cookies from grandma’s recliner there is a place you go to gain positive energy. It may be hard to physically visit your favorite place but your mind can take you through the art of meditation. Meditation can be done anywhere, for any duration of time and can be tweaked to fit your style. It involves training the body to become more conscious of the mind. Once you become more aware of your mind you can take it on a journey to your safe haven and allow the body to enter intense relaxation.
