They say when you look good, you feel good! Which may be why those who are fit seem to be happier. If you find yourself down in the dumps try getting up and getting your body moving. Running/jogging is a great way to help the body relax. When you jog your body begins to release hormones that positively affect your mood. After just a few minutes of running you will notice an improvement in attitude. Jogging will also help improve muscle tone and burn fat causing the body to shrink and tighten. As your body begins to transform your self-confidence will grow, exponentially, directly improving your mood.
