Return Policy 

Recliners L.A. products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in “new” condition for a full store credit, less any damage, delivery or restocking fees that may apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return an item and all items must be returned in “new” condition to be eligible. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returned mattresses that have been opened or used.

Store credit may be used toward any item of equal or greater value and expires 6 months from the date of return.

  • One Time Chair exchange-No Restocking Fee for Select Single Chair Items. (Ask Sales Consultant for Details)
  • All Other Items Subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.
  • Clearance Items and/or Floor Model Purchases Not Eligible for Returns.

30 Day Exchange Policy

If you are a client outside of California and unable to sit and try our products, we want to make sure you get a chair you love.  If you are not fully satisfied with your Recliners.LA product once you receive it, we will happily exchange it for up to 30 days,  for a new product of your choice.  For items that included shipping, customers will be responsible for additional shipping costs both ways on all exchanges and product should be returned in “as-new” condition.

You must notify us of your intent to return an item so we may authorize the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be received in original condition.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs to transport item(s) back to our Los Angeles warehouse.
  • Customers must fill out a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM prior to any returns.
